What we collect
For organizers: your email, an optional phone number, and the event details you enter. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. For guests: the photos and videos they upload to an event, and an optional RSVP (name, email, phone, guest count). We store a hashed, truncated form of visitor IP addresses to count views and unique visitors.
How we use it
To run your event page, process payments, send you account and event notices, show basic analytics, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos & content
Event media is stored privately and served over a CDN via time-limited links. Guests with the event PIN can upload and download. When an event expires or an account is cancelled, media is permanently deleted after the applicable grace period — please download anything you want to keep before then.
Third parties
We use Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email/SMS delivery where enabled), and Amazon Cognito (organizer login). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete an event at any time. Cancelling your subscription starts a grace period, after which your events, media, and reserved links are permanently deleted. Email eventifull@outlook.com to request account deletion.
